Since 2007, Fulian has been producing high quality dental and hair care
products from a thoroughly devised state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located
in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. The plant is well-equipped
with modern and sophisticated facilities, and is in compliance with the Good
Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines set forth by the National
Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (Ministry of Health Malaysia). This GMP
compliance is a solid testament to Fulian's goal for providing superior quality
personal care products to meet the ever-changing needs of the consumers.
